Jennifer Criss Named Fellow of the American Bar Foundation

Washington, D.C., associate Jennifer Criss has been named a Fellow of the American Bar Foundation. The American Bar Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is a leading institution for the empirical and interdisciplinary study of law that for more than 60 years has advanced the understanding and improvement of law through research projects on issues facing the legal system in the United States and the world. The Fellows comprise a global honorary society of lawyers, judges, law faculty and legal scholars who have demonstrated outstanding leadership in the profession and service to society. Membership is by nomination and is limited to one percent of lawyers admitted to practice in the United States and to a limited number of lawyers in international jurisdictions.

Jennifer has been active for many years in the leadership of the American Bar Association’s Section of Intellectual Property Law. She has been a Program Chair of the IP Section’s CLE Board since 2016 and currently serves as Chair of the ABA’s Committee on Copyright & Social Media.
