Angella Castille, Steven Hardin Named Chairs of ISBA Sections

Baker & Daniels partners M. Angella Castille and Steven D. Hardin have been elected as chairs to the international and land use & zoning sections of the Indiana State Bar Association (ISBA), respectively. The elections took place at the ISBA's annual meeting recently.

Castille serves as vice-chair of Baker & Daniels' international practice and counsels public and private companies, partnerships, joint ventures, offshore companies and other business entities on international transactions and general business matters. She has been recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for her work in international trade and finance law, and regularly presents on international issues affecting businesses.

Castille attended law school at the Freie Universität Berlin and obtained her J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School. She received her B.A. in French from the University of Southwestern Louisiana.

Hardin practices in the firm's real estate and land use group, representing developers, contractors, landlords, tenants and property owners in a variety of real estate and economic development transactions. He has received a number of accolades for his real estate and land use work, including recognition in Chambers USA: A Guide to America's Leading Business Lawyers in the real estate category. Hardin publishes a regular real estate alert for the real estate community, and he frequently presents on real estate and economic development issues. 

Hardin received his J.D. from Indiana University Maurer School of Law – Bloomington and his B.S. from Indiana University – Bloomington. This will be Hardin's second term as chair of the land use & zoning section of the ISBA.
