North America - United States | North America | United States - North Carolina | United States - Tennessee

Mission Health, previously North Carolina’s sixth-largest health system, and Nashville-based HCA Healthcare (HCA) completed a $1.5 billion merger. Our firm represented Mission Health in the transaction, with an integrated team of more than 85 lawyers from 21 specialty practices assisting with a host of legal, licensure and regulatory challenges.
