DOJ Seeks to Block Merger of Video Producer and Distributor

United States - District of Columbia

The U.S. Department of Justice sought to block the $108 billion merger of the country’s largest video distributor with the largest content provider. Dylan Carson represented the DOJ in a three-week trial in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia, prepared an expert economist for testimony and examined adverse senior executives.
