Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative Closes on Housing for Ex-Prisoners

Beacon Interfaith Housing Collaborative closed on Great River Landing, a new affordable housing development for 72 individuals who have served prison sentences and are returning to the community. Our firm represented Beacon in this transaction.

Better Futures will provide services so that the residents can get training, find work and connect with families. The project was financed with funding provided by Bremer Bank, the City of Minneapolis, Hennepin County and the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency. NEF Assignment Corporation invested in the project which received an allocation of low-income housing tax credits.
