ASI Develops Housing for Homeless Veterans in Nevada With HOME Funds and Tax Credits

North America - United States | North America | United States - Nevada

Accessible Space, Inc. (ASI) developed a 50-unit affordable housing development for homeless veterans in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our firm represented ASI in this development.

The project was financed with HOME Funds from Clark County and National Housing Trust Funds from the Nevada Housing Division. U.S. Bank National Association provided construction financing, and Wincopin Circle LLC invested in the project based on a $9,461,200 allocation of low-income housing tax credits from Nevada.

We also represented ASI in developing Patriot Place Apartments, another project for veterans in Las Vegas, which won the 2018 Charles L. Edson Tax Credit Excellence Award for veterans housing.
