Our firm defended securities underwriters Piper Jaffray and Roth Capital Partners in a securities fraud class action asserted on behalf of investors who purchasedĀ securities of Duoyuan Printing (DYP) in connection with its November 6, 2009, initial public offering (IPO). The putative class action, filed in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, involved the IPO of a China-based company listing its shares in the U.S. on the NYSE.
