Thomson Reuters Wins Summary Judgment and Appeal in Patent Case

Thomson Reuters hired our firm to defend against a patent infringement case brought by an Australian electronic publishing company. The asserted patent related to “multi-dimensional spaces.” The case involved extensive discovery in Australia, and our firm ultimately brought and won a motion for summary judgment of non-infringement, which the Federal Circuit affirmed. TimeBase Pty Ltd. v.
