An office managing partner of a national accounting firm successfully avoided charges and claims concerning alleged workpaper violations under both Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) standards and generally accepted auditing standards. Our firm represented the current partner in the investigation. The alleged violations were from a purportedly deficient audit in a PCAOB.
