Insurance Fraud Action Dismissed

The Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed dismissal of a putative class action against a variable life insurance company alleging fraud and misrepresentation in the sale of variable whole life insurance policies. Our firm represented the insurer in preserving the outcome. Davis v. John Hancock Variable Life Insurance Co., 295 F. App'x 245 (9th Cir. 2008).
