Our firm represented a client during the Conner Bond Litigation in the U.S. District Court and Bankruptcy Court for the Eastern District of North Carolina. The matter involved the consolidation of approximately 28 cases resulting from the bankruptcy of a vertically integrated mobile home company, which caused approximately $180 million of collateralized bonds to be of questionable value. The matter involved two document depositories, several million pages of documents produced and over 320 days of deposition testimony.
