Employment litigation partner Alan King served as the court-appointed consent decree monitor to a Chicago-based janitorial services provider in connection with a four-year consent decree resolving a race and national origin hiring discrimination lawsuit filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
