City of Newark Water Department and Watershed Management

Bo Kemp oversaw the management of the City of Newark’s water department, which included more than 1,000 miles in pipe more than 100 years in age, and the valuable 35,000 acre Newark Watershed, a natural resource owned by the City. Bo directly worked on both a potential sale and a concession deal for the Newark Watershed.
