Overview
Vern Zvoleff specializes in scientific issues associated with pharmaceutical product liability cases. As a member of national trial teams for drug manufacturers, he has cross-examined and presented scores of expert witnesses on scientific issues, including epidemiology and biostatistics.
In his general litigation practice, Vern has tried antitrust, commercial, insurance coverage and product liability cases. Before entering private practice, Vern worked at the Securities and Exchange Commission as a special counsel in the Office of General Counsel, where he practiced appellate litigation. Vern clerked for Chief Judge Noel P. Fox of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Michigan.
Personal Interests
Vern and his wife, Anastazja, live in San Francisco and enjoy traveling, hiking, kayaking and sailing — the high point being sailing his boat, “Rabian,” to Hawaii.Services & Industries
