Overview
Kate Wittlake has experience with a broad range of complex commercial litigation issues and health care law. She brings her knowledge of health care law to support large pharmaceutical companies and medical device manufacturers on a broad range of issues in the firm’s products liability practice. Kate is a dedicated advisor on litigation strategy to clients across the nation.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining the firm, Kate was an associate practicing health care and litigation in Sacramento.
Kate began her legal career with health care and litigation at one of the largest law firms in the Sacramento Region. She also served as an extern for Magistrate Judge Carolyn Delaney, U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
While in law school, Kate sat on the Board of the King Hall Legal Foundation, raising money to provide grants to students engaging in nonprofit and public interest law.

Kate enjoys running, yoga, all dogs and some cats.
