Julie Wahlstrand represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation across various technologies, including disc drives, fiber optics, pharmaceuticals and medical devices. She works closely with clients to problem solve and find effective strategies to achieve results.
District Court Litigation
Julie represents companies including Lumentum, Eli Lilly, and Seagate in large patent and intellectual property cases throughout the country.
Patent Trial and Appeal Board
Julie’s experience before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) in inter partes review (IPR) encompasses several technology areas, for clients such as Seagate, Boston Scientific, and Pella, and also includes successfully defending IPR outcomes in Federal Circuit appeals.
