Overview
Rebecca Trela focuses her practice on the defense of major pharmaceutical and medical device companies in complex litigation, including actions brought by state actors, personal injury matters and mass tort litigation. She serves as local and national counsel in litigation involving antipsychotics, opioids and pelvic mesh. She has also defended against a variety of consumer products claims, including machinery, aviation, automobile and over-the-counter drug products. Rebecca has also represented clients in commercial disputes, antitrust and trademark infringement litigation, and insurer bad faith defense matters.
