Sarah Trankiem defends product manufacturers and distributors in product liability litigation. She manages federal multidistrict litigation (MDL) and state court coordinated proceedings involving pharmaceutical drugs, medical devices and other consumer products and regularly appears on national coordinating counsel and local counsel teams. She has also served as liaison counsel in state court coordinated and consolidated proceedings.
Sarah commences all client work with a single-minded goal — to resolve disputes efficiently and economically. She devises efficacious defense strategies and spearheads all stages of pretrial litigation in product liability, unfair competition, false advertising, personal injury and other consumer product actions.
