Mary Strong



Mary Strong helps insurance companies and other insurance industry participants resolve legal issues and keep pace with regulatory changes. In litigation, she represents property and casualty insurers on complex coverage issues and bad faith claims. Mary also represents client interests in complex receivership proceedings when an insurer becomes insolvent. She has particular experience with contested reinsurance receiverships.

Prior Experience

During law school, Mary was a summer associate with Faegre Drinker. She also served as a law clerk for Judge Stephen Bowers and Judge Kristine Osterday in the Elkhart Superior Courts Nos. 1 and 2 and externed for Justice Mark Massa in the Indiana Supreme Court.
