Lauren represents patents owners and accused infringers in patent litigation cases. She has managed nearly all aspects of a patent litigation case, from the initial case investigation through discovery, contentions, claim construction, expert reports and summary judgment to appeal.
Lauren has represented both petitioners and patent owners in post-grant proceedings at the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office (USPTO) and related appeals to the Federal Circuit.

Lauren has represented clients in breach of contract and antitrust matters at their intersection with intellectual property rights.
Prior to joining the firm, Lauren served as editor-in-chief of the Wisconsin Law Review and interned for Chief Justice Shirley S. Abrahamson of the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
