For three decades, David Shannon has been an advisor to individuals and corporate entities on wealth management matters, including estate planning, estate and trust administrations, and succession planning for closely-held businesses.
David works with clients to:
  • Develop and implement estate plans for high net worth individuals
  • Develop and implement succession plans for owners of closely held businesses
  • Administer and distribute estates and trusts
  • Advise individual and corporate fiduciaries regarding duties and mitigation of risk
  • Prepare federal and state estate tax returns and federal gift tax returns
  • Resolve tax controversies and family disputes involving wealth management issues
