Jenna E. Saunders



Jenna Saunders supports the advancement of our clients’ goals as they navigate intellectual property matters.

Prior Experience

As a 2019 summer associate with our firm, Jenna assisted in ongoing litigations and patent cases with the intellectual property team. She also served as a law clerk for a Minneapolis-area IP firm, supporting litigation and client guidance related to patent, trademark and trade secret matters. 

During law school, Jenna served as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Patrick J. Schiltz, U.S. District Judge, United States District Court of Minnesota and for the Honorable Carol Hooten, Judge, Minnesota Court of Appeals.

Jenna has experience in medical device and manufacturing design. Prior to law school, Jenna was an engineer for a medical device manufacturer. As an engineer, she designed and validated new manufacturing processes and test methods to be used in the commercial production of medical devices.
