Sam Rosenbaum guides clients through M&A transactions large and small, public and private, strategic, and financial. He also advises companies on corporate governance and U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting matters.

Sam represents public companies comprehensively in corporate matters, including SEC periodic reporting, securities exchange rules and regulations, and corporate governance matters.

Personal Interests

Sam enjoys challenging himself by training for and running marathons. His favorite activity is spending quality time with his wife and two daughters.
