Overview
Kristen Reilly counsels financial institutions and other corporate clients in complex litigation, regulatory matters and other commercial disputes. Kristen has extensive experience in state and federal courts throughout the United States and is skilled at removing class actions, managing large-scale discovery and market-conduct exams, litigating certification motions, briefing and arguing dispositive motions, and settling nationwide class actions.
Kristen emphasizes alternative dispute resolution whenever appropriate. Her targeted guidance takes a comprehensive view of her clients’ overall operations. This level of engagement enables her to develop company-wide best practices that help avoid future litigation and ensure that current litigation decisions have a minimal impact on the company’s business.
