Mel Pulles represents clients in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets transactions, securities regulation and corporate governance matters.
Mergers & Acquisitions
Mel represents buyers and sellers, strategic and private equity, in mergers, stock and asset-based transactions.
Capital Markets Transactions
Mel advises underwriters and issuers in public and private offerings. Mel has represented underwriters and issuers in initial and follow-on public offerings of securities and private placements of securities. She has also represented placement agents in private investments in public equity (PIPEs).
Past Experience
During law school, Mel externed for Judge Susan Richard Nelson, clerked for the Office of the Federal Defender for the District of Minnesota, and interned in the legal department of Wells Fargo. She also gained experience working as a branch supervisor and a compliance intern at TCF Bank.
