Past Experience
Tom returned to Faegre Baker Daniels in 2019 after completing a judicial clerkship in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. Before attending law school, he worked for the Council for Adult and Experiential Learning in Philadelphia and for the Corporate Executive Board in Washington, D.C. Tom also has a Ph.D. in political science, where his studies focused on the judiciary, legal decision making and empirical research methods. He has taught courses on American politics, constitutional law and the Supreme Court.
