Federal Tax Counsel
At the federal level, Walter handles controversies relating to income and other federal taxes. He also advises clients on procedural matters, including resisting IRS summonses.
State Tax Counsel
At the state level, Walter handles controversies involving all tax types in Minnesota, with the exception of property taxes. He also advises clients regarding income and sales taxes imposed by other states.
