Overview
Christian has experience defending clients under investigation by the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, the Department of Justice and a wide range of other federal and state enforcement agencies. In particular, Christian has experience defending clients under investigation for alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, FERC’s Anti-Market Manipulation Rule and the improper use of National Science Foundation Funding. In these engagements and others, Christian submits position papers in defense of her clients, participates in interviews and manages the retrieval, organization, review and production of electronic data in response to data requests and subpoenas.
Prior to joining the firm, Christian clerked for the Honorable Eduardo C. Robreno of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. During her time with the Villanova Law Review, she authored an article entitled “Falling Through the Cracks: The Need for Enhanced Supervision in the Involuntary Outpatient Civil Commitment Setting,” 54 VILL. L. Rev. 309 (2009).
