Bethany Mihalik* represents clients in complex intellectual property litigation matters, including jury trials, ITC investigations and appeals.
Past Experience
Prior to her time with Faegre Drinker, Bethany was an associate with Fish and Richardson P.C., where she gained experience in all facets of intellectual property litigation — from pre-suit investigation through appeal— before the International Trade Commission, the Patent Trial and Appeal Board, district courts, the Federal Circuit, and the Court of Federal Claims. Bethany represented and provided strategic counseling to clients in the consumer electronics, pharmaceutical, medical device, oil and gas, and energy storage industries. From 2015 to 2017, Bethany served as a law clerk for the Hon. Judge Pauline Newman at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Prior to her clerkship, Bethany was an associate at the former Faegre Baker Daniels (now Faegre Drinker) as an associate and summer associate in the firm’s Minneapolis office.
Personal Interests
Bethany enjoys training for and running half marathons.
