Overview
Melissa has served as local and national counsel in mass tort litigation concerning antipsychotic medicine, diet medication, hormone therapy and over-the-counter products, as well as medical devices for the treatment of stress urinary incontinence and pelvic organ prolapse. In this role, she has managed discovery issues; taken hundreds of depositions of opposing parties, physicians and experts; and coordinated and argued dispositive and pretrial motions.
Melissa served as judicial clerk to the Honorable Joseph H. Rodriguez, United States District Court for the District of New Jersey.
Personal Interests
Melissa enjoys spending time with her husband and their four children, sampling good food and wine, staying involved in her community, and reading or listening to great books. When time allows, she also enjoys traveling with her family to explore new destinations or return to their favorite “homes” away from home.
