Overview
Rita Mansuryan guides clients through complex litigation, transactional and regulatory matters, focusing her practice on the food and agribusiness industry.
Rita helps defend clients in commercial disputes, consumer fraud class actions, and recalls and foodborne illness outbreaks. She also advises food and agribusiness clients on federal, state and local regulatory issues, including Proposition 65 matters in California.
During law school, Rita served as a research assistant to the executive director of the UCLA Law Resnick Program of Food Law and Public Policy and wrote a thesis on the dynamic elements of the dairy industry. She also clerked at two California-based civil litigation law firms and served as a judicial extern for the Hon. David J. Cowan of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
Personal Interests
Rita enjoys baking Armenian pastries and hiking in Malibu. In her spare time, she also enjoys playing the piano and guitar.
