Patrick Lucke helps clients navigate complex investment management matters and mergers and acquisitions.

Investment Management

Patrick advises alternative investment managers on private fund formation, regulatory compliance and general transactional matters. He also represents institutional investors, fund of funds, family offices, foundations and high net-worth individuals in connection with private fund investments.

Patrick’s work has included:
  • Private equity, hedge fund and cryptocurrency fund launches and restructurings
  • Formation and registration of investment advisers
  • Negotiation of side letters, investment management agreements, administration agreements, custody agreements and NDAs
  • Legal review of private fund constituent documents and counsel for institutional investors considering alternative investments

Mergers & Acquisitions

Patrick also represents public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing, and corporate governance matters.
