Stephen Llewellyn



Stephen Llewellyn mediates and litigates commercial disputes, moving clients toward resolutions that align with their business goals. He is a qualified solicitor in England and Wales and a qualified mediator, and he assists in international matters touching Europe, the United States and beyond.


Stephen represents clients in warranty claims, alleged contract and restrictive covenant breaches, and professional negligence and software disputes. He assists clients by tracing assets and obtaining search orders and asset freezing injunctions, and supervising search orders. Stephen has successfully acted for both principals and agents in claims arising out of the Commercial Agents Regulations.


As well as actions before the English High and appellate courts, Stephen has conducted arbitrations under the rules of various institutions including LCIA, SCC, ICC, SEC and GAFTA. He also enforces arbitral awards and has successfully enforced numerous EU judgments in the U.K.
