Brent R. Lindon



Brent Lindon focuses his practice on value-driven patent portfolio development in various technology areas, including software, artificial intelligence and electronics. As a former engineer and a former patent examiner, he collaboratively works with all stakeholders to counsel clients on patent filing plans, patent prosecution strategies and patent validity/infringement evaluations. Aside from his patent work, Brent has a strong background in information technology consulting and electronics engineering.

Brent has substantial experience preparing and prosecuting domestic and foreign patent applications directed to various technologies. He has also analyzed competitor products and technologies, performed technology landscape analyses, and implements patent prosecution strategies designed to enhance value for patent families and patent portfolios.
