Overview
Kristi Lehman assists corporate clients in complex transactions, document preparation, legal project management and SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) filings. She also supports clients with formations, maintenance qualifications and dissolutions of all types of business entities. Kristi is skilled in various areas of electronic data organization and digital transaction management.
Kristi’s experience also includes assisting nonprofit organizations through the fundraising registration and renewal process. Kristi digitally manages the process to ensure fundraising compliance for charitable organizations from start to finish, including annual renewals. She works with colleges and universities, fraternity and sorority foundations, and other charitable organizations to help bring them into fundraising compliance.
Past Experience
Before joining the firm, Kristi worked as a corporate paralegal at Arcadia Healthcare, where she served as the lead project point for multiple transactions, handled the company's legal documents, built a contract database and managed SEC and electronic filings.
Kristi also worked as a corporate paralegal at Ice Miller LLP, assisting with closing transactions and preparing, reviewing and analyzing merger, dissolution and organization documents for companies in multiple states.
