Overview
Meaghan Lane advises clients on a variety of investment management matters, including corporate governance, regulatory compliance and the preparation of various filings under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Investment Company Act of 1940.
Meg previously worked in the firm’s corporate group advising public companies on securities compliance matters, as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies on mergers and acquisitions. While in law school, Meg served as a legal extern in the University of Pennsylvania Department of Athletics and as a judicial intern for the Honorable Frederick J. Scullin, Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of New York. She was also a teaching assistant in Villanova’s Legal Writing Program and a summer associate at the firm in 2017.
Personal Interests
Meg enjoys reading, learning to play the piano, and watching college football and basketball.
