Jennifer L. Kremp

Jennifer Kremp helps companies bring together the right people, technology and knowledge to grow their businesses and advance innovative products. She brings deep understanding and decades of experience to counsel clients in strategic alliances, complex commercial contracts, acquisition and sale transactions, and business development matters. Jennifer also routinely advises clients on a broad range of contract matters, including sourcing and procurement, distribution, consulting and employment arrangements, and confidentiality agreements.

Jennifer has counseled manufacturing, service provider, insurance, health care and life sciences clients ranging from multinational companies to closely held businesses. In the life sciences industry, Jennifer has significant experience representing medical device, diagnostics and pharmaceutical manufacturers as well as contract research organizations and health care practices. She has served as lead outside counsel in domestic and international strategic alliances involving research and development collaborations, distribution and commercialization arrangements, licensing agreements and similar matters.
