Overview
Zach Kachmer leverages his background in chemical and biochemical engineering to support clients in the protection of their intellectual property portfolios — with particular focus on IP litigation and patent prosecution.
Zach has familiarity with a range of technologies, handling patents and trade secrets directed to wireless networking technology, signal processing algorithms, medical devices and consumer products. His experience in various stages of litigation — including drafting motions, preparing technical expert reports, and taking and defending depositions of expert and non-expert witnesses — inspires an understanding of the interplay between the different phases of litigation and how each one presents an opportunity to advance your interests.
Personal Interests
Zach enjoys road biking, skiing, reading fiction, watching the Broncos and learning to cook.
