Overview
Roya Imani focuses her practice in the area of corporate restructuring across industries. She represents debtors, creditors, purchasers of distressed assets and other participants in a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters. She has experience in cross-border restructurings, financing negotiations, drafting motions and proposed orders in connection with bankruptcy matters.
Previously, she served as a law clerk to the Hon. Robert E. Grossman of the U.S. Bankruptcy Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. She also served as a law clerk to the Hon. Stacey L. Meisel of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of New Jersey.
Personal Interests
Outside the office, Roya enjoys writing, languages and linguistics, and playing piano.
