Ryan H. Hutzler



Ryan Hutzler works with public and private multinational companies on international employment and human resources matters. Ryan helps clients across a range of industries — including energy, financial services, health care, media, pharmaceuticals and technology — manage an international workforce, with a particular focus on the challenges that derive from cross-border legal and cultural differences.

Cross-Border Labor & Employment

Ryan provides strategic advice and counsel to domestic and multinational employers on hiring and termination, reductions in force, disciplinary actions, disability issues, wage and hour compliance, restrictive covenants, diversity and inclusion issues, internal training programs and global mobility. He has experience drafting global employment policies, executive contracts and employee handbooks, as well as performing employment-related due diligence on mergers and acquisitions and other transactions.

Personal Interests

Ryan is a published author and a past guest lecturer for the Society for American Baseball Research.
