Overview

Heidi E. Hilgendorff helps pharmaceutical companies determine the right course of treatment for product liability litigation. She provides curative solutions for mass torts and multidistrict litigation (MDL) and represents pharmaceutical industry leaders in strict liability, negligence and wrongful death cases involving prescription medications in both federal and state courts.

Product Liability

Heidi trains her efforts on the discrete needs and concerns of each client. She has served as second-chair trial counsel in a medical malpractice jury trial in New Jersey state court, joined a national counsel team defending prescription gastroesophageal reflux disease medication in a product liability MDL and state mass tort proceedings, served as part of the trial team in a prescription antipsychotic litigation in which a defense verdict was obtained and participated on other trial teams.

Heidi previously clerked for the Honorable Alfred J. Lechner Jr. in the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey.

Personal Interests

In her spare time, Heidi enjoys sailing and hiking.
