Overview
Jude Hickland advocates for clients facing class actions and other complex litigation. Never losing sight of what judges and jurors find persuasive, he relies on his ability to understand and communicate complex, often technical, issues as he helps clients navigate high-stakes litigation through trial or alternative resolution.
From multimillion-dollar property loss claims in New York to major consumer class actions in California, Jude maintains a national practice with clients spanning multiple industries, including, automotive, engineering services, and insurance. His representative cases include In re: Takata Airbag Products Liability Litigation, lawsuits related to the water crisis in Flint, Michigan.
Personal Interests
As one of seven siblings in his family, Jude’s time away from the office often involves large family gatherings. You will also find him watching college sports and spending his time outdoors, engaged in various activities and campouts with his children.
