Matt Hardin

Matt Hardin helps clients buy, sell, lease and plat real estate, as well as prepare documents for LIHTC transactions and get planning and zoning approval from local governments. He guides clients through the acquisition process, from drafting the purchase agreement to closing. He handles legal issues related to all types of real estate, including urban mixed-use, commercial, residential, agricultural and brownfield redevelopment.

Past Experience

Before his legal career, Matt worked as an elementary school teacher through Teach For America in San Antonio. During law school, he served as an intern in the consumer protection division of the Office of the Iowa Attorney General and summer associate with Faegre Baker Daniels.

Personal Interests

Name a place, and Matt probably wants to travel there—or already has. He also loves bicycling, architecture and the Chicago Cubs.
