Representative examples of Isaac's complex commercial litigation work include:
  • Representing a tenants' advocacy organization in a high-profile, 17 day trial against a major Minneapolis landlord, leading to a trial victory and large sanctions awarded against landlord that led to Isaac and the team being named Attorneys of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer
  • Representing a Minnesota company in a breach of contract action in which the company secured a $1.6 million award on summary judgement
