Trusts and Estates
Based on thorough analysis of individual situations, Jonathan designs bespoke financial plans to pursue client objectives in the most tax-efficient manner. He guides clients through strategies for intrafamily transfer of illiquid assets, such as concentrated equity holdings, family businesses, art collections and vacation homes, which often represent family identity. Jonathan coordinates with clients’ other professional advisers and teams to ensure the proper implementation and administration of sophisticated strategies.
Charitable Giving
Jonathan counsels clients in connection with philanthropic objectives and is skilled in incorporating charitable structures into estate plans, such as private foundations, charitable lead trusts and charitable remainder trusts.
