As a former legal administrative assistant at FaegreBD, Guillermo revised USCIS forms in support of H-1B cap, L-1, H-4 and many other immigration petitions. He also managed FaegreBD’s new foreign national case opening system so the firm could provide real-time reporting on USCIS applications to large Twin Cities employers.
Exceptionally organized and multilingual, Guillermo excels at managing a large caseload. While a paralegal at another law firm, he managed more than 100 clients and their cases in three different languages. He uses his language skills to interpret at Immigration Court, Department of Homeland Security, USCIS and Family Court and previously translated and interpreted for The Advocates for Human Rights.
Guillermo is passionate about his home country and bridging the gap between Venezuela and the United States. He works to educate the Twin Cities community on the Venezuelan crisis.
