Overview

Katrina Forsyth represents clients in all aspects of labor and employment matters, including litigation, compliance with federal and state labor laws and regulations, hiring and termination of employment, wage and hour requirements, and employee discipline. She also advises employers on practices and procedures such as drafting and distributing employment policies and employee handbooks. She has represented clients ranging from nonprofit organizations with fewer than 10 employees to large international corporations.

Prior to joining the firm, Katrina was an attorney at a national law firm with a primary focus on health care and life sciences; employment, labor, and workforce management; and litigation and business disputes.

Katrina is fluent in Polish and Tagalog.

Labor and Employment

Katrina gained firsthand experience and insight into public sector labor and employment law, unfair labor practice litigation, arbitration, and court enforcement of contractual, statutory, and constitutional rights for public employees as a law clerk. She also served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Judge Loretta M. Giorgi and the Honorable Judge Peter Busch, both of the San Francisco Superior Court, Law & Motion and Discovery Department, and for the Honorable Kathleen Kelly of the San Francisco Superior Court, Juvenile Division.
