Overview
Margaret is a highly experienced paralegal dedicated to helping clients achieve their goals by providing efficient, high-quality services. She has over 32 years of paralegal experience–25 of which have been at Faegre Drinker. Margaret has broad experience in all types of business litigation matters including franchise, ERISA and complex litigation, and has been responsible for the coordination, collection and production of millions of pages of documents from multiple client sites.
Margaret works with the latest litigation technology platforms including Relativity, CaseNoteook and Ringtail.
Margaret brings to the table extensive experience both in and out of the courtroom by providing key support at all stages of the litigation process from pre-suit investigation through trial, appeal and post-trial judgments. She is an organized, responsible team player with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Previous Experience
Prior to joining the business litigation group, Margaret was part of the intellectual property litigation group at the firm, where she was involved in large patent and trademark infringement cases.Related Services
