Tory Finley offers clients creative, responsive and personable representation in complex commercial litigation and business disputes. His extensive litigation experience and enthusiasm enables him to be an effective advocate for his clients throughout all stages of litigation.

Litigation & Dispute Resolution

Tory represents national and international clients in a wide array of matters including but not limited to those involving negligence, breach of contract, trade secrets, shareholder/partnership disputes, personal injury, fraud and misrepresentation, non-compete and employment litigation, tortious interference, insurance coverage disputes and wrongful death.

Tory also has experience litigating construction disputes and has assisted clients with OSHA investigations, payment disputes and accident investigations.

Clients and colleagues value Tory’s upbeat and energetic personality and his ability to build strong relationships and find creative solutions.

Personal Interests

In his spare time, Tory enjoys cycling and Texas A&M football.
