Jeff Eichen’s background in physics and electrical engineering reinforces his skills in the areas of patent litigation and technology-related transactions and agreements. With more than 30 years as an intellectual property attorney, Jeff’s courtroom experience includes products from semiconductor chips and advanced medical devices to toys and home-kitchen gadgets. In each case, Jeff’s skill lies in choosing the right strategies, arguments and even metaphors for communicating complex ideas in a simple yet compelling manner.

Over the course of his career, Jeff has successfully litigated cases for clients before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office, numerous federal courts and primarily the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC).
